How do I return an item?
We offer a 100% GUARANTEE on all of the products that we sell. If you are not happy with the product please return it unopened within 10 business days for a full refund minus shipping cost. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. For any product that is returned opened there will be a 10% restocking fee subtracted from your refund. If you are returning a product please contact customer service at email@example.com or 210-859-5185. We reguire that the product be shipped back to us before we can issue you a refund. This process usually takes 3 days on our end then it can take up to 2 weeks for your credit card to show the credit.
We stand behind our bow string sets and build them with the utmost attention to detail. All of our strings are electronically measured at the ATA standard for bow string measurements. The string set is measured after being stretched at 100lbs for 20 minutes. The exact measurement done by out custom electronic measuring machines that allow us to get the exact measurement of the strings. Due to the nature of our products will only offer exchanges. There are 2 ways to do this. Please contact us and get an RA number, then upon receiving the string set we will mail another string set out. You may also, order a new string set, recieve it and then mail your other string set back. Upon recieving the string set back we will credit back one of the string sets in the method of payment from which you paid.
Why don't we offer money back?
Our bowstrings are made custom to the bow. It is also impossible for us to kno what has been done to the string set once it is installed on the bow. We are happy to offer exchanges.
